My rates vary from project to project depending on complexity. I accept credit card payments. Once negotiations and project scope are agreed on, I will invoice the client for 50% up front and 50% upon completion unless otherwise agreed to by both parties. I often manage projects using Goplan or Microsoft Project. I prefer Goplan because it is simple and extremely collaborative and cost effective. Check out Goplan's features.

Acceptance

By using the Service you are deemed to accept the validity of and be bound by the Terms of Service as stated herein without modification.

Limited Warranties

Except as specified in these Terms, to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Service provided by Trevor Snyder is provided "as is" without any kind of warranty. Except as specified in these Terms, I am not responsible for any loss, injury, claim, liability, damage, or consequential damage related to your use of the Service, or inaccessibility of the Service whether from errors or omissions in the content of this Service or any other linked sites or for any other reason. Use of this Service is at your own risk. Trevor Snyder does not represent or warrant that any services or electronic materials are free of any harmful materials.

Maximum Liability

Except as specified in these Terms, the maximum liability of Trevor Snyder is the amount paid to me by the customer for any given service or deliverable.

Other

The Terms of Service take precedence over any conflicting material on the Service.

Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify and hold Trevor Snyder harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including legal fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of any consultation or the delivery of any electronic product or service.

Modification to Terms

Trevor Snyder reserves the right to change the Terms or policies at any time. 

Enforcement

If any part of the Terms cannot be enforced for any reason, this decision will not affect the validity of the remainder of the Terms which will continue to be in full force and effect.

Governing Law

The Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Georgia.

Copyright

All deliverables with intellectual material contained therein become the property of the client on delivery, excepting photographic materials which will be based on individual contract with Photographer(s).

Refund

No refunds will be given. 

Cancellation

You may cancel a contract at any time. Once a contract has been cancelled any deposits are forfeit. Any materials or electronic submissions exchanged become the property of the client. Trevor Snyder retains the right to use such materials in promotional or other marketing efforts.

Customers often hire me to select, purchase and install hardware or software for them. Unless otherwise stated in your contract, all such purchases may be returned within 15 days of delivery. Returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please read your contract carefully as some sales are final immediately upon contract acceptance.
