A different kind of thinker

"Successful strategies flow like water; they are shaped by the circumstances of the conflict. When water flows, it avoids the high ground and seeks the low ground. Successful strategies likewise avoid difficult methods and find easy ones."

— Donald G. Krause

In the human experience, conflict and change seem to be universal constants. I have spent a great deal of my adult life learning to manage, channel and focus both conflict and change so that the participants and organizations involved emerge smarter, stronger and more adaptable than they were before I entered the picture. I am an expert in the management of information systems. More importantly, I am an effective and politely assertive communicator. The vast majority of business problems can be solved by effective communication and a reduction in systems complexity.

I am the CEO of a dynamic, personal information systems architecture and web development consultancy called Sapient Path. Sapient Path is just the right size to stay focused on personal service. We're savvy enough to bring the same tools and solutions that the big consultants offer at a much lower price point. We focus on open source solutions.
